Learned something new about myself today. Funny how at 49 i never really thought about it but i have slight issues with people disappearing in my life. My barista i've had for the last two years is transferring. i hate when people i'm used to change.

i talked to Mistress and She said not to bother posting Abernathy's assignments anymore but She still wants them emailed.
She also told me to stop avoiding using i at the beginning of sentences. She knows it is annoying but the self-discipline was good for me. And She has noticed as lot of capitalization errors in both the Diary and my Tweets. She said to clean it up or She would start assigning punishments for them.
Four things She said were important and She wants me the think about: Mindfulness, Observance, Quietness, and Waiting. All were skills i should work on.
She said she knew i had been reading stuff online and that Abernathy's book used the word Slave. How were my feelings about it now?
i told Her it still bothered me, i couldn't shake the African slave connection but i understood it in context.
She told me to keep thinking about it and if i thought i could live with it because what She really wanted was a slave not just a submissive. i said i would.
